Getting prescriptions filled lately has been everything but easy. This particular pharmacy honestly u can get it filled with full competence and if not filled u will get the understanding why order to remedy the matter not to mention the staff beyond friendly and accommodating and eagerly ready to meet your needs one in particular Mayra Navarro thank you very much for your help you went above/beyond finally competency no more back and forth and it's not unnoticed!!

Great service - anytime I call for a prescription update, the workers are very kind and work with me to figure out any issues. Efficient in receiving text/call updates when prescriptions are ready for pickup.

Placed my first prescription order with Towers on the recommendation of my Dr. Kaley was fantastic and stayed on the line getting it approved and filled. She also got me a coupon code to reduce the price. Did I mention Free Delivery? I was really impressed with Kaley and Towers.

La Palma Towers has always had the best service and the communication with everyone that works there is fantastic! Erica provided excellent customer service to me and arranged to have my medication delivered as I wouldn't be available for pick up. No questions, no fuss, and I got my meds the very next day. Out of all the pharmacies I have been to this one by far exceeded my expectations. Mayra was extremely helpful she made the transition so easy when transferring my prescriptions for my mom from cvs to here. Parth was also able to get my mom's prescriptions discounted and my mom is now saving 60 dollars a month on her medication. The whole staff is really professional they take the time to make sure that you you get your medication and always check on you to make sure everything is correct. Plus they deliver straight to your door which you can't beat that. I'm so glad I switched. Just want to thank the whole staff for always being so helpful and pleasant you guys are awesome.

I absolutely love this place! I recently transferred mom and dad’s prescriptions to Towers Pharmacy, and the experience has been amazing. From the very beginning, Mayra has made sure their medications are delivered on time. Whenever there’s been a delay with a prescription approval, she’s immediately on the phone with the doctor’s office, making sure it’s handled quickly. I’m so grateful for this pharmacy, and especially for Mayra. I honestly wish there was a “Mayra” everywhere we went for their appointments. We need more people like her…kind, caring, and willing to go above and beyond. Thank you, Mayra, for everything you do and thank you, Towers Pharmacy, for having her on your team.

i’ve had a great experience with the staff there.. my wife and i are so happy to have this pharmacy as our go too.. they also deliver to your house. i’ve had conversations with maria, chris and erika. and they are all professional when you speak with them.. they are my go too people.. i rate them more than a 5 star.. keep up your great work guys.. i hope your boss reads this.. you guys are amazing

This Pharmacy is AMAZING!!! I wish I could have all my prescriptions processed through them. I've used them for the past 6 years, for hard to find, difficult to get approved prescriptions. Each and everytime the prescriptionwas able to get push through because the take the time to work with the Dr. Offices on there auto's and additional bavk up needed. Last month my mom had a new bladder med, Gemtessa, and it was originally processed through her CVS Caremark and it was over $300 for 3mths. Mom's on a tight budgets, a senior and simply could not afford. We contacted Towets Pharmacy and YESSICA worked for over 2 weeks to get the price reduced to almost 1/2 off! I told her boss he should give her a raise. They ask are so helpful, thorough, hardworking and really care about your medical needs. Thank you Yessica and the rest of the staff at Towers Pharmacy- you are the best!
